The last phase of the tool creates a summary with the description of the worker profile, his/her education and the company strategy. Based on these three variables the system identifies a skill set which it considers suitable to hold the post.

This skill set is linked to a list of centers which offer training in these subjects. Every center has one link to their corporate website.

In addition it contains two more sections. One section with knowledge which has been excluded because it is not related to the strategy selected, but is related to the position and the competences selected. The second section contains knowledge that the worker already has.
