On this page, the tool asks for the worker’s education or training. Firstly, it asks for academic education (university or vocational). Depending on the option selected it pulls down the corresponding studies. We can select more than one qualification if a worker has completed several different studies.

In the second part, the tool asks for occupational training. This training is grouped by area: (markets, products, production, process, management, finances and human resources). Once the area has been selected, different areas of knowledge are displayed so that you can select those which correspond to those that the workers has. |
